Hey, Hi, Hello!

I cannot believe how MIA I have been from here for the past month! I swear I blinked and we jumped from February to now April! So many amazing things are happening right now and I have been completely preoccupied. I currently have 7 outfit post drafts sitting in queue along with 3 lifestyle posts (talk about an incoming avalanche of blog spam!) I aim to have all of the style posts up to date on here by this weekend and one of my lifestyle ones. I’ve been chipping away at each draft every other day and then will forget for a few days! I have felt so out of sync while I haven’t kept this space updated, sounds odd but I am so connected to my blog and absolutely love creating the posts.

Staying true to my clumsy, unorganised self, I’m jumping back into the style posts with my latest #ootd and not the oldest in the queue (hand over face) but the method to this madness in my mind is that it makes me feel up to date, while then dripping the rest in over the week. Make sense? Yes? No? Maybe? Who cares, stop rambling Courtney and just get on with it? Yay! Okay….

In collaboration with Glassons, I bring you the must have mini for Autumn. This corduroy mini skirt is incredibly comfortable, cute, and very flattering with it’s flirty split hem. This skirt ran big for me so I had to change the size, this is common for me with high waisted bottoms as my waist is naturally very thin so I am not entirely sure if this would apply to everyone.

To pair with the skirt I chose a pastel pink cardigan and gave it a warm autumn afternoon twist by leaving it unbuttoned with a crop bandeau underneath, which I tucked to shorten. I initially had it styled as a bandeau / tube top - (what! how?!) but I am leaving that for another day as I loved how this look turned out and will be using it in the future!

I finished the look with plain white sneakers and a nude woven bag. Casual vibes for any relaxed occasion!
